Compliance Services

We offer a multitude of compliance services to wineries, breweries and craft distilleries including both state and federal licensing services for start up operations, direct shipping licensing, monthly reporting, and much more.

LICENSING

New Brewery / Winery Application: $1850 - includes 1st member and spouse, if applicable

New Distillery Application: $2000 - includes 1st member and spouse, if applicable

     - Additional members of the business: $250 each - includes husband & spouse, if applicable

Additional Tasting Room: new clients $500 / existing clients $350

Change in Location: brewery/winery $1500 // distillery $1700

Change in Ownership Control / Buy-Sell Agreement: $750
 

LABELS & FORMULAS 

Formula Submissions to TTB & State: $65 per formula

Labels Submissions to TTB & State: $45 per label

* A one-time set up fee of $25 is charged for all new clients.
